Colour me Black & White - CHALLENGE #16

Hello people ,

How have all been ? I know we crafters are always awesome .Creating and innovating things everyday .*wink*
My take on the current challenge has been totally on what I love to do most i.e. Altered art and this time with a touch of many elements . I totally loved making it :)

I chose a mdf butterfly frame.

I painted nicely and evenly with black acrylic paint and then let it dry .
Now I have used Rangers texture paste and one of my favourite stencils .I have listed down the name in the supplies .
I have used another prima flower stencil  for the other wing .

Using soft matte gel I have adhered the white lace . This product is awesome because it dries clear and clean . Let it dry for sometime .

The hand torn paper that you see is from the Dressed up DCVW stack .This has also been adhered with soft matte gel . You apply it on the base like a glue ,stick your paper and then coat it with another thin layer of the gel.

Now to give a glossy effect on the texture using the prima flower stencil I used clear embossing powder and heated it with my heat gun . It turned out to be pretty cool .Looks like dew drops .

I finished up my project with a small white butterfly , white pearls , white gems by prima ,pearl drops and a beautiful white net rose .

All the above products are available at KRAFTZONE and can be pre-ordered as well.

Hope you liked my inspirational post !

Look forward to having all of you aboard the new challenge..keep tuned in for more inspiration by our DT.

Keep crafting..
